Hi,
I am wondering if there are many educated and qualified people out there that are in the 60+ age range and on a (insufficient, but is there such thing as a sufficient ?) pension and willing to work, but unable to find anything because of unspoken age discrimination.
Sometimes I want to shout to the rooftops about the media-propagated fallacy of "looming shortage of skilled workers" (unless they mean telemarketers speaking fluent French, English and Mandarin). Just give me an opportunity!
